Established in 1999, and based in the North West of England, PDW offer services throughout the UK to Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities, ALMOs, Developers and Voluntary Groups.

Helena Partnerships, Funding bids, project management and project champion role for the development of a 90 unit, new build, mixed tenure, extra care housing scheme.
- Option Appraisal
Monmouthshire Housing Association, detailed option review of over 1300 units of sheltered accommodation to provide proposals for future investment and service planning.
- Project Management
Emmanuel Developments Ltd, provision of a new build development to deliver a community centre, office space, family centre, new church and 22 apartments, due for completion Spring 2010.
