Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust – service health check
PDW were appointed by JRHT to assisting them in determining the most appropriate procurement practices to suit its requirements. Our role included;
Review existing procedures and practices by reference to documentation, interviews with staff and a selection of Consultants and Contractors
Providing a ‘health check’ of current practices
Evaluate tender procedures in line with current best practice and other relevant parameters to produce a recommended revised framework of practices
A market testing exercise process with outcomes feeding into final revision of procedures and processes.
Work with JRHT Development and Property Services staff to adopt the recommended framework of practices and procedures through informal workshops, one to one sessions and application on actual projects as circumstances permit
Provide an Action Plan for the delivery of recommendations
Parkway Green Housing Trust – Service Health Check.
PDW were appointed to evaluate the current position of the responsive repairs service and associated provisions and compare with best practice and benchmark the service against other culturally similar organisations. Options were identified for delivering a substantially improved repairs service and an assessment of how these options sit with the PGHT Business Plan was made.
