• Review existing procedures and practices by reference to documentation, interviews with staff and a selection of Consultants and Contractors

PDW were appointed to evaluate the current position of the responsive repairs service and associated provisions and compare with best practice and benchmark the service against other culturally similar organisations. Options were identified for delivering a substantially improved repairs service and an assessment of how these options sit with the PGHT Business Plan was made.

PDW assisted Pickering and Ferens Homes in the development of a standardised approach to performance management, to more effectively meet their developing needs.
